Serbian Drones in the Capital of France

The company PR-DC participated in one of the world's largest security and safety fairs, Milipol 2023, held in Paris. This marked its seventeenth and final participation in international fairs for the year 2024.

During the four-day event, over 30,000 visitors had the opportunity to see innovative drones produced in Serbia, alongside products from a total of 1,100 exhibitors from around the world. Kamikaze drones attracted the most attention, and visitors were also able to see the IKA-Bomber, a drone carrying a system for releasing twelve 60 mm mines, as well as other specialized drones for military and police use.

The Milipol fair is organized every two years under the auspices of the French Ministry of the Interior in cooperation with several government bodies. The first edition was held in 1984 when information systems were in their infancy and video surveillance was just beginning to emerge. Participation in such events is important not only for the company but also for positioning Serbia alongside other industrial powers of the world, opening many doors not only for PR-DC but also for all other Serbian companies.

„Investing in innovation and following modern technologies in the defense industry is crucial for the future. Seeing how Milipol has developed from its first edition to the present, one can imagine what it will look like in 50 years. That is why it is particularly important now to invest in innovation and follow trends in modern technologies to be ready for the future”,said Miloš Petrašinović, the company's chief engineer.

Exhibiting in Paris is prestigious, and attending this year's fair gives an additional boost for new business challenges in the coming year. Initially, PR-DC had only a clear vision and big ideas, and today it stands in Paris shoulder to shoulder with leading manufacturers in the defense industry worldwide. This is proof that with great effort and work, any goal can be achieved.
